Growth Manager – Short-Form Content (Instagram & TikTok)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential creator management agency seeking a Growth Manager for short-form content across Instagram and TikTok. In this role, you will own the complete short-form strategy for 2-4 creators: scripting, shot lists, feedback loops with creators and editors, and relentless testing until the metrics move. Your singular goal is views that convert into genuine reach.

This position is based in Stuttgart and offers 100% remote flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Analyze viral short-form videos to understand why they succeeded, then adapt those insights for your assigned creators
• Write scripts and shot lists that creators execute, providing precise feedback on what worked, what didn't, and what must change
• Direct editors and content schedulers—you own the outcome, they execute your vision
• Analyze every post: why it performed or flopped, and determine this week's content bets
• Test bold ideas quickly, discard what fails, and scale what works

What We're Looking For

• Obsession with short-form content: you voluntarily watch hours of TikTok and Reels daily and can articulate why a video works. You already live this, not learning it on the job
• Ownership mentality: you treat your creators' accounts like your own business. No excuses, no blame-shifting—you make it happen
• Analytical eye: you can review 20 videos and identify the patterns that connect the successful ones
• Fluent German and strong English (non-negotiable)
• Bonus but not required: experience building Instagram or TikTok accounts, agency or marketing background. Drive and instinct matter more than your CV
• This is not a 9-to-5 role. If a Reel goes viral Sunday night, you're on it. If an account gets suspended at 10 PM on a weekday, you handle it. Weekends are normally free, but emergencies require immediate response without debate. If this deters you, this role isn't the right fit

Pay

Compensation structure includes a base salary plus performance-based bonuses. Our client has indicated realistic total monthly earnings potential based on results achieved.
