Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential tax advisory firm in Mittelstetten seeking a qualified Steuerberater to join their team. In this role, you will shape your responsibilities based on your strengths and professional interests:

• Prepare and review annual financial statements for individual and corporate clients
• Create tax returns for partnerships and corporations
• Lead specialized tax consulting projects in areas such as inheritance tax or corporate transformation tax law, based on your qualifications
• Support clients through tax audits and examinations
• Team leadership and personnel management responsibilities (optional, based on interest)
• Additional specialized areas aligned with your expertise and career goals

What We're Looking For

• Successfully completed Steuerberaterexamen (German tax advisor certification) – required
• Strong communication skills and genuine enjoyment working with clients
• Thorough, efficient, and conscientious approach to your work
• Openness to digital workflows and modern tax software
• Leadership capabilities and sense of responsibility toward team members (if interested in management track)
• Genuine passion for tax matters and staying current with regulatory changes

Pay and Benefits

The client offers an exceptional compensation package of €90,000 to €130,000 annually, with partnership track available for qualified candidates.
