About This Role

We are representing a confidential professional services organization in their search for a Talent Recruiter to focus on executive-level talent acquisition across Eastern Europe. This role requires a unique blend of psychological assessment expertise and recruitment capabilities to build and manage a high-caliber leadership pipeline.

This is a fully remote position based in Poland, offering the opportunity to work independently while supporting critical C-suite talent initiatives across the region.

Responsibilities

• Source and identify CEO-level talent across Eastern European markets
• Conduct comprehensive assessment of executive profiles using psychological frameworks
• Build and maintain a structured pipeline of C-suite candidates
• Lead candidate screening processes and conduct in-depth interviews
• Support the full selection cycle for senior leadership positions
• Maintain detailed candidate information systems and ensure timely follow-up
• Document and track all stages of the executive recruitment process

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree in Psychology (this is mandatory for the role)
• Fluent English (required for communication with regional stakeholders)
• Current residence in Poland
• Demonstrated interest in talent identification and executive-level recruitment
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage senior-level candidates
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Proven capacity to work independently in a remote environment
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple executive searches simultaneously
