About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential professional services organization in their search for a Talent Acquisition Manager, Delivery Excellence - Market Mapping based in South Africa. This is a fully remote position focused on strengthening operational rhythm and client responsiveness across talent acquisition delivery, with emphasis on accuracy, confidentiality, and follow-through.
Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to define role requirements, success outcomes, and assessment approaches
- Source, screen, and engage candidates using structured interviewing and market mapping techniques
- Support offer processes, reference checking, and onboarding coordination as needed
- Define process standards and improve operational metrics for time-to-hire and quality-of-hire
- Track progress and risks, escalating blockers early and proposing clear mitigation steps
- Maintain rigorous documentation and candidate communication to protect experience and compliance

- Experience managing or leading talent acquisition delivery, workflow prioritization, or quality control
- Demonstrated ability to define hiring process standards and improve operational metrics
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without authority
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a professional services environment
- High attention to detail with consistent follow-through on deadlines and stakeholder expectations
- Comfort working with confidential information and applying sound judgment
