(Senior) Project Manager (all genders)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential digital solutions organization seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead impactful IT initiatives. In this role, you will:

• Lead large-scale IT projects using agile, classical, or hybrid methodologies
• Work with interdisciplinary teams to translate client requirements into IT solutions and processes, serving as Product Owner in agile setups
• Deliver projects across diverse technology environments including CMS, form management systems, low-code platforms, custom applications, and workplace solutions
• Support clients throughout the entire project lifecycle on digital transformation questions and provide strategic consultation
• Manage interdisciplinary project teams and coordinate interfaces between internal and external stakeholders
• Design and facilitate client workshops, developing strategies for efficient implementation of digital solutions
• Identify optimization opportunities in collaboration processes, develop actionable recommendations, and proactively shape change initiatives

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in IT project management with demonstrated ability to lead projects independently
• Strong command of agile or classical project methodologies; relevant certification strongly preferred (PMI/CAPM, Prince2, Scrum PSPO/PSM)
• Passion for implementing outstanding IT projects such as websites, intranets, apps, digital application systems, or specialized applications
• Interest in complex technical challenges and client engagement, with intuition for client needs and ability to identify business development opportunities
• Excellent communication skills enabling you to navigate confidently across all organizational levels and convey complex topics clearly to diverse audiences
• Completed university degree
• Very good German and English language skills, written and spoken

This position is based in Hamburg with flexible work arrangements available. Both full-time and part-time options may be considered.
