Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential digital solutions organization seeking a Project Manager to deliver impactful IT initiatives. In this role, you will:

  • Lead large-scale IT projects using agile, classical, or hybrid methodologies
  • Translate client requirements into technical solutions and processes with interdisciplinary teams; serve as Product Owner in agile environments
  • Manage projects across diverse technology stacks including CMS, form management systems, low-code platforms, custom applications, and workplace solutions
  • Guide clients through digital transformation initiatives and advise on appropriate solution approaches
  • Coordinate interdisciplinary project teams and manage interfaces between internal and external stakeholders
  • Design and facilitate client workshops, developing strategies for efficient digital solution implementation
  • Identify optimization opportunities in collaboration workflows, create actionable recommendations, and proactively shape change processes

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience managing IT projects with demonstrated ability to lead projects independently
  • Strong proficiency in agile or classical project methodologies; certification (PMI/CAPM, Prince2, Scrum PSPO/PSM) highly desirable
  • Enthusiasm for delivering exceptional digital projects including websites, intranets, apps, digital application systems, or business applications
  • Comfort with complex technical challenges and client engagement, with intuition for client needs and ability to identify business development opportunities
  • Excellent communication skills enabling you to navigate all levels of project organization and explain complex topics clearly to diverse audiences
  • Completed university degree
  • Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
