Senior Project Integration Manager (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential renewable energy organization in Karlsruhe that is driving innovation in sustainable resource extraction and decarbonization initiatives. Our talent team is seeking a Senior Project Integration Manager to join their ambitious project execution team.

In this role, you will coordinate critical interfaces between engineering, procurement, construction, HSE, and supply chain functions across multiple concurrent infrastructure projects. You'll establish project management best practices and ensure delivery teams meet safety, budget, and timeline commitments throughout all project phases.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate project management interfaces between sub-projects and cross-functional teams including HSE, engineering, and supply chain
• Implement and establish project management best practices across all phases from planning through procurement to construction execution
• Support delivery managers in executing projects safely, professionally, on schedule, and within agreed budgets
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, standards, regulations, and quality requirements alongside delivery managers
• Provide transparent internal and external reporting on project progress and key milestones as needed
• Mentor, coach, and provide technical guidance to project execution team members

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Diploma degree in plant engineering, mechanical engineering, process engineering, or comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in engineering, procurement, contract management, and project management, ideally in upstream environments, plant construction, or EPC projects
• Strong technical expertise in project management and in planning and executing complex plant construction and infrastructure projects
• Negotiation-level proficiency in both German and English with excellent presentation and negotiation skills
• Strong team and communication abilities with professional presence when engaging diverse project stakeholders
• Proficiency with standard software applications and willingness to travel regularly to sites along the Upper Rhine Valley
