Werkstudent:in (m/w/d) Sales Strategy & Operations

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential cleantech organization in their search for a working student (Werkstudent:in) to support Sales Strategy & Operations. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing sector, working closely with senior leadership on strategic and operational sales initiatives.

This role is based in Hamburg and requires 15–20 hours per week alongside your university studies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct sales analyses and prepare insights for senior sales leadership
• Independently contribute to strategic and operational projects within the sales environment
• Create presentations, decision papers, and reports for management stakeholders
• Own and manage sub-projects from conception through implementation
• Track action items, tasks, and decisions from sales meetings and formats
• Prepare and follow up on meetings, workshops, and management sessions with regional leaders and the sales team
• Support internal communications and organizational initiatives such as sales onboarding, sales challenges, and company-wide sales programs

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled at a German university with availability of 15–20 hours per week
• Prior relevant experience through internships or working student positions, ideally in management, sales, strategy, operations, marketing, or consulting
• Structured, independent, and forward-thinking work approach
• High degree of initiative and ability to develop solutions independently even with ambiguous tasks
• Strong organizational skills, hands-on mentality, and ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams
• Analytical thinking and ability to present information clearly for different audiences
• Proficient with MS Office or Google Suite, particularly PowerPoint/Slides and Excel/Sheets
• Professional communication skills with diverse stakeholders
• Interest in sales, performance management, and a dynamic, future-oriented industry
• Native-level German language skills
