Project Manager – Software Implementation (m/f/x)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential sustainability technology client seeking a Project Manager to lead software implementation initiatives. In this role, you will:

• Lead planning and execution of software integration projects with enterprise clients, ensuring on-time delivery within scope
• Maintain comprehensive project plans while proactively identifying and managing risks
• Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure appropriate expertise is available for each project phase
• Manage stakeholder expectations through regular updates and effective issue resolution
• Develop and standardize project implementation methodologies and templates to drive efficiency
• Generate thorough project and solution documentation covering goals, deliverables, and timelines
• Serve as the primary communication liaison across multiple customer projects, ensuring clear and timely stakeholder engagement

What We're Looking For

Our client needs a seasoned implementation professional with:

• Master's degree in project management or related technical field (required)
• Background in Electronics/Electricals
• Professional Project Management Certification from an accredited institution (preferred)
• 3+ years of project management experience specifically in software implementations
• Demonstrated expertise with complex data projects requiring systematic approaches
• Strong proficiency with software tools, data manipulation, and analysis
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Creative problem-solving abilities and willingness to pursue disruptive solutions
• Legal authorization to work in the EU
