Data Analytics and Insights Team Lead (CX)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential e-commerce organization based in the Philippines that is seeking a Data Analytics and Insights Team Lead for their Customer Experience function. This role offers the chance to transform customer data into strategic insights that drive business decisions and operational excellence.

As the Analytics & Insights Lead, you will enable CX teams to access effective data, drive data integrity across the organization, and fuel both customer satisfaction and business growth through evidence-based recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Partner cross-functionally to design strategic data goals and set measurable targets using historical trends and growth initiatives
• Manage the intake process for new data requests and build frameworks to maintain accuracy and integrity of team scorecards
• Evaluate and integrate technology and AI tools into reporting frameworks to accelerate insight delivery while maintaining data quality
• Collaborate with CX leadership to tie change management success metrics to overall business reporting
• Establish governance processes and structured libraries to ensure insights are searchable, secure, and actionable for future strategies
• Transform raw customer data and feedback into powerful, actionable insights that influence broader business choices
• Build reliable data frameworks and compliance guardrails that scale with business growth

What We're Looking For

• Strategic data storytelling skills: Ability to translate complex data sets into simple, compelling narratives that inspire cross-functional action
• Leadership and coaching experience: Natural ability to coach others, model high-performance culture, and align multiple stakeholders around unified roadmaps
• Hands-on technical proficiency: Strong command of data analysis tools and dashboard building, with ability to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Data integrity focus: Highly organized approach to project management with experience building reliable data frameworks and governance structures
• Systems thinking: Track record of creating documentation and processes that enable continuity and scale
• Stakeholder management: Proven ability to build trust, navigate competing priorities, and keep diverse teams aligned
• Continuous improvement mindset: Drive to use evidence-backed recommendations to solve complex challenges and deliver measurable business value
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail
