Solutions Engineer – US

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential SaaS organization seeking an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to support high-value sales opportunities across the United States. In this role, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor, working alongside enterprise sales teams to help large organizations transform their approach to digital customer experience optimization.

You will engage with diverse stakeholders—from digital and product teams to C-level executives—designing tailored solutions that align platform capabilities with strategic business initiatives. This is a remote-first opportunity with travel expectations of 20–25%.

Responsibilities

• Guide technical strategy throughout enterprise sales cycles, from discovery through close
• Create customized demonstrations and technical narratives that connect platform capabilities to business outcomes
• Lead complex proof-of-concept engagements, defining success criteria and quantifying business value
• Translate customer requirements into scalable solution architectures and clear value propositions
• Partner closely with Account Executives on deal orchestration and strategy
• Coordinate with Product and Engineering teams to ensure seamless post-sales transitions
• Support RFP responses and provide structured customer feedback to inform product development

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 4+ years of experience in Enterprise Pre-Sales or Solutions Engineering within SaaS or software
• Proven track record supporting complex, multi-layered sales cycles with large enterprise organizations
• Ability to engage both technical teams (architects, developers) and executive leadership (CIO, CDO level)
• Hands-on experience with web technologies including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Strong background in ROI-based solution design and value quantification
• Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills tailored for corporate audiences
• Strong organizational capabilities to manage multiple strategic opportunities simultaneously
• Willingness to travel 20–25%

Preferred:

• Experience with digital experience analytics or customer experience management platforms
• Familiarity with enterprise data architecture, tagging strategies, or agentic AI
• Background in high-growth SaaS or digital transformation consulting
• Professional proficiency in Spanish

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $98,000 - $140,000, plus variable compensation.
