Wir vertreten eine wachsende Performance-Marketing-Agentur im DACH-Raum, die einen Wirtschaftsinformatiker (m/w/d) für den Standort Düsseldorf sucht. Unser Mandant arbeitet mit führenden E-Commerce- und D2C-Marken zusammen und sucht jemanden, der Prozesse optimiert, KI-Workflows entwickelt und eng mit der Geschäftsführung zusammenarbeitet.
Diese Rolle bietet die Möglichkeit, in einem dynamischen Umfeld echten Impact zu schaffen – durch Automatisierung, Tool-Implementierung und strategische Prozessgestaltung.
Aufgaben
- Analyse interner Prozesse und Identifikation von Effizienzpotenzialen in Zeit und Qualität
- Entwicklung und Implementierung von Automatisierungen und KI-Workflows zur Entlastung des Teams
- Einführung neuer Tools und Software sowie Sicherstellung der nachhaltigen Nutzung
- Dokumentation skalierbarer Arbeitsabläufe
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung zur strategischen Weiterentwicklung
- Messung und Auswertung von KPIs zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung
Was wir suchen
- Mindestens 1-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Business Development, Operations oder Prozessmanagement
- Praktische Erfahrung mit KI-Tools und Automatisierungsplattformen (z.B. ChatGPT/Claude, Zapier/Make)
- Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für effiziente Unternehmensabläufe und deren Umsetzung
- Analytisches und strukturiertes Denkvermögen mit der Fähigkeit, komplexe Prozesse zu vereinfachen
- Selbstständige, verlässliche Arbeitsweise mit starker Umsetzungsorientierung
- Hohe Lernbereitschaft und Wille zur fachlichen Weiterentwicklung
