Recruiter/in / Talent Acquisition Manager (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential software organization in Magdeburg seeking a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Manager to shape their hiring strategy and build exceptional teams. This role offers the opportunity to own the full recruitment lifecycle while partnering closely with department leaders to identify and attract top talent.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruiting process from needs analysis with hiring managers through contract signing
• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, Xing, and other professional networks
• Conduct candidate interviews and guide selection decisions as a strategic partner to department heads
• Continuously improve job postings and the overall candidate experience
• Collaborate with HR leadership on recruiting processes and employer branding initiatives
• Maintain the applicant tracking system and derive actionable improvements from recruitment metrics

What We're Looking For

• Several years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
• Proven skills in active sourcing methods and standard recruiting tools
• Strong communication abilities and intuition for understanding candidate motivations
• Structured, independent working style with ability to manage multiple parallel processes
• Excellent German and good English language skills

Location: Magdeburg, Germany with hybrid flexibility
