Wir vertreten eine wachsende Performance-Marketing-Agentur im DACH-Raum und suchen einen Business Developer (m/w/d), der interne Prozesse optimiert, KI-gestützte Automatisierungen implementiert und eng mit der Geschäftsführung zusammenarbeitet.

Verantwortlichkeiten
- Analyse interner Prozesse und Identifikation von Effizienzpotenzialen in Zeit und Qualität
- Entwicklung und Implementierung von KI-Workflows und Automatisierungen zur Entlastung des Teams
- Einführung neuer Tools und Software sowie Sicherstellung deren aktiver Nutzung
- Dokumentation von Abläufen für skalierbares Wachstum
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung zur Produktweiterentwicklung
- Impact-Messung anhand klarer KPIs und datenbasierte Ableitung nächster Schritte
Was wir suchen
- Erfahrung: mindestens 1–3 Jahre in Business Development, Operations oder Prozessmanagement
- Prozessverständnis: gutes Gespür für effiziente Unternehmensabläufe und pragmatische Umsetzungskraft
- KI & Automatisierung: praktische Kenntnisse mit Tools wie ChatGPT/Claude, Zapier, Make oder ähnlichen Plattformen
- Analytisches Denken: Fähigkeit, komplexe Abläufe strukturiert zu vereinfachen
- Arbeitsweise: eigenständig, verlässlich, lösungsorientiert
- Lernbereitschaft: Motivation zur fachlichen Weiterentwicklung
- Sprache: Deutsch auf Muttersprachniveau erforderlich
Standort: Düsseldorf – fully remote, hybrid oder im Office möglich
