Founders Associate

Finding Your Next Challenge? Join The Marketplace Guys as a Founders Associate in a remote-first environment, ideally based in München or Hamburg. This is a full-time position suitable for those with up to 2 years of experience and available immediately.

Role Overview

We are building the first AI-native Amazon and Marketplace agency focused on Amazon and OTTO, collaborating with every marketplace out there. Unlike traditional agencies that scale through headcount, we leverage our own KI systems: repetitive tasks run automatically, leaving room for decision-making and product development from within the systems themselves. We are Alex and Bhav, bringing over 15 years of Marketplace experience together, having scaled SNOCKS' marketplace business to over 40 million euros in turnover (20 million+ on Amazon). Our team is small, fast-moving, and makes decisions daily.

Responsibilities

• Kunden-Ops: Weekly reporting with categorization, listing maintenance, inventory management, restocking, deals, keyword research, initial customer email drafts, and Amazon case handling.
• Sales: Pipeline building, outreach, first meetings, follow-ups. Engage directly with customers from the start.
• Brandaufbau: Building visibility for our brands through strategic marketing initiatives.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a generalist who thinks entrepreneurially and tackles areas where the company needs it most: customer operations, sales, brand building, automation, and product development. The core of your role is to take over the operational customer cycle and restructure it so that it runs largely on its own. First understand, then automate.
