- Map the paritariste ecosystem, prioritize key interlocutors, and design engagement strategies at confederal, federal, and branch levels
- Represent the organization in federations, working groups, and paritariste institutions where sector policy is shaped
- Partner with Enterprise and Public Sector teams by briefing them on social partner context and introducing strategic contacts at critical moments in the sales cycle
- Monitor branch-level dialogue and paritariste developments, translating insights into actionable internal intelligence
- Build a knowledge library on social partner positions, branch agreements, and paritariste institutions to support commercial teams
- Implement processes and tools to improve the quality and efficiency of social partner engagement and documentation
- Provide competitive intelligence on how social partners and competitors position themselves in key markets
What We're Looking For
- At least 8 years of experience in social partner relations within a union organization, branch federation, paritariste institution, or external affairs role at a mutuelle, IP, or insurer
- Legitimate credibility at federation level with ability to engage federation leadership as a peer, built through representative experience or substantial employer-side federation engagement
- Deep knowledge of the paritariste ecosystem including branch agreements, confederal mandates, protection sociale reforms, and institutional functions at each level
- Proven ability to build trust with social partners from the employer or state perspective
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills: calm, strategic, trustworthy, discreet, and able to represent the organization substantively
- Ability to translate complex products and strategy into compelling narratives for social partner audiences
- Demonstrable impact from prior social partner work on organizational commercial and strategic outcomes
- Self-starter comfortable building from scratch in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Based in or willing to relocate to Paris, France
Nice to have:
- Confederal or federal elected/permanent background
- Experience inside a paritariste institution or sector federation on social dialogue agenda
- Legal background in droit social with comfort reading accords collectifs
