(Senior) SEO & Onsite Manager (befristet, Elternzeitvertretung) (all genders)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential B2B e-commerce organization seeking a Senior SEO & Onsite Manager for a fixed-term parental leave cover in Hamburg. You will own organic search visibility across DACH markets and drive continuous optimization of content and online shop performance.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Implementing on-page and technical SEO measures, including regular audits
• Advancing visibility in generative search systems and large language model environments
• Optimizing category pages, product pages, content hubs, blog posts, and guide content for both traditional and generative search
• Conducting keyword and topic research to inform new content development
• Continuously improving shop navigation, internal linking structures, and site architecture
• Managing seasonal campaigns, banners, and promotional areas from a content perspective
• Analyzing SEO and e-commerce KPIs and measuring impact on traffic and conversions
• Coordinating closely with technical teams, marketing colleagues, and external service providers

What We're Looking For

• Several years of hands-on experience in SEO and e-commerce, ideally within B2B environments
• Confident use of SEO and analytics tools, shop systems, and basic HTML knowledge
• Strong analytical mindset with solid understanding of data, conversion optimization, and digital marketing
• Strategic thinking combined with autonomous execution capabilities
• German language skills at C2 level and good English proficiency (B2)
• Ability to identify SEO opportunities, implement measures, and track their business impact
