Senior Finanzierungsmanager Immobilien (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential real estate investment organization in Berlin that is seeking a Senior Real Estate Financing Manager. In this role, you will:

• Develop and structure financing concepts for real estate investments across residential, commercial, and development projects
• Analyze financing requirements, debt service capacity, and relevant economic indicators
• Prepare, compile, and submit complete financing documentation to lenders
• Communicate and negotiate with banks and other financing partners
• Review and compare financing offers and terms
• Manage financing processes through to completion
• Support executive management with financing decisions
• Maintain existing financing relationships and ongoing banking partnerships
• Coordinate closely with internal teams on acquisitions, existing properties, and project developments
• Actively utilize AI applications to support daily workflows
• Contribute to the development of prompts and AI-supported processes, identifying new use cases
• Perform technical review and quality assurance of AI-generated results

What We're Looking For

• Completed banking apprenticeship (Bankkaufmann/Bankkauffrau), degree with focus on economics or finance, or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in real estate financing, ideally in commercial real estate
• Strong understanding of financing structures and economic relationships
• Confident handling of numbers and ability to structure complex matters clearly
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Professional and reliable demeanor with banks and business partners
• Independent, meticulous, and structured working style
• High sense of responsibility and discretion
• German language proficiency required for this role
