Solutions Architect – Germany

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential cloud database organization seeking a Solutions Architect to join their growing operations in Germany. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge real-time analytics technology while serving as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise clients across the region.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business and technical requirements into scalable solution designs, covering architecture, migrations, workflows, and data visualization
• Work directly with stakeholders across every level—from C-suite executives to data scientists and developers—to enable customer success
• Drive product adoption and secure strategic commitments through technical evangelism and thought leadership
• Apply a solution-based approach to demonstrate and deliver measurable customer value
• Lead new initiatives that help customers transform raw data into actionable insights aligned with their business outcomes
• Create proofs of concept (POCs) and reference implementations that accelerate customer adoption

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience with open source software business models
• Strong proficiency in cloud and infrastructure technologies
• Hands-on experience with scalable, highly available distributed systems
• Proven ability to create technical demonstrations and reference architectures that drive adoption
• Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
• Experience deploying applications or working with major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) is highly valued
• Familiarity with database programming and data modeling is a plus
