Role Overview
Few people get to build a bank from scratch. At Augustus, you'll be part of an innovative team that is reinventing the banking industry. We are looking for driven and ambitious interns who can join one of our core teams - CEO Office, Operations, Product, Growth, or Talent - and own real work from day one.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Owning real work projects from the start
- Running day-to-day operations in parallel with larger initiatives
- Recent projects include rebuilding our talent engine, launching new products, relaunching CRM systems, and building sales cases for major deals
What You Bring
- A passion for innovation and technology
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience or interest in fintech, banking operations, product development, growth strategies, or talent management is preferred but not required
