Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential SaaS organization that specializes in enterprise process automation powered by AI. This fast-growing company serves hundreds of enterprise customers across 40+ countries and has recently secured significant growth investment. They are expanding their European operations and seeking a Project Manager & Functional Consultant to drive implementation success for their automation platform.

This is a full-time role based remotely or hybrid from Germany or Austria, following initial onboarding at the company's central European headquarters. Regular collaboration with the core team is encouraged and financially supported.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of enterprise automation solutions, from requirements gathering through delivery and continuous improvement
• Design scalable, tailored solutions that align automation capabilities with customer workflows and business objectives
• Collaborate with engineering teams to address technical challenges and ensure successful integration with existing enterprise systems
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation journey, anticipating needs and maximizing product adoption
• Partner with sales to develop customized implementation plans aligned with customer requirements
• Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining high customer satisfaction and delivering measurable business outcomes
• Gather customer feedback and translate insights into product improvement recommendations
• Present solutions and progress updates to stakeholders in both German and English

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 2+ years of experience in consulting, technical implementation, process automation, or project management
• Demonstrated project management capabilities with the ability to handle multiple simultaneous projects
• Proven track record working cross-functionally and managing diverse stakeholder groups
• Strong analytical abilities and communication skills to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Fluency in both German and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills and comfort presenting to native-speaking clients

Preferred Experience:

• Familiarity with ERP environments or AI-driven enterprise software solutions
• Hands-on experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or Order-to-Cash (O2C) process flows
