Sales Manager AI & Voice Solutions (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential telecommunications and AI solutions organization based in Leipzig, Germany. Our client is expanding their business development activities in the AI-powered communication space and needs a driven sales professional to help establish and grow this emerging division.

This is a unique opportunity to join a sales team at the ground level of an exciting AI and voice technology initiative. You won't simply be selling established products—you'll be actively shaping how innovative solutions reach the market.

Responsibilities

• Actively acquire new B2B customers and develop existing client relationships
• Present AI-powered voice and communication solutions through personal meetings and online demonstrations
• Identify customer requirements and collaborate with technical teams to develop appropriate solutions
• Guide prospects through the complete sales cycle from first contact to contract closure
• Identify new target segments, market opportunities, and distribution channels
• Contribute ideas for sales and marketing initiatives
• Maintain structured records of contacts and sales activities in CRM systems

Required:

• Experience in sales, inside sales, telephone sales, or comparable customer-facing roles
• Enthusiasm for introducing people to new solutions
• Interest in AI, digitalization, and modern communication technologies
• Independent, structured, and goal-oriented working style
• Confident use of digital applications
• German language proficiency for client communication

Advantageous but not required:

• Background in telecommunications, SaaS, contact centers, customer service, or AI sectors
