About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential property management organization in München that is building modern software systems from the ground up. Our client is digitizing their industry with internal tools including customer portals, AI agents, and administrative platforms. You would join as one of the first members of the product team, working on greenfield TypeScript projects that directly impact how the business operates.

Responsibilities

  • Develop fullstack features in TypeScript, covering customer-facing portals, administrative interfaces, backend services, and infrastructure
  • Own features end-to-end from concept through design to release, working autonomously when needed
  • Build AI agent functionality integrated directly into product features for internal users and customers
  • Work closely with end users who provide direct, immediate feedback on what you build
  • Collaborate in fixed development cycles, prioritizing problems based on business impact
  • Contribute to the development environment itself, including modern AI-assisted tooling and workflows

What We're Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience in web development
  • Strong practical skills in TypeScript or JavaScript, ideally with React or Next.js
  • A recent project you can demonstrate—production code, side project, or open source contribution
  • Comfort working across the full stack with equal interest in frontend and backend
  • Ability to own features end-to-end and design good interfaces when working without a designer
  • Active use of AI tooling in your daily work, combined with critical evaluation of generated output
  • Basic understanding of databases (SQL) and API design
  • Desire to understand the "why" behind what you're building before you build it
  • German language skills at B2 level minimum

Technical environment: TypeScript throughout, React and Next.js frontend, Node backend, monorepo on Google Cloud with infrastructure as code, Postgres, event-driven architecture. You don't need to know everything—you'll learn what's new to you on the job.

If you don't meet every requirement, please apply anyway. Our talent team values learning potential and capability over checkbox matching.
