Product Manager – Android Integration & Ecosystem

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential industrial technology organization based in Munich that is evolving its connected hardware and software platform. They are seeking a Product Manager to define integration strategy and ecosystem capabilities for their enterprise Android products.

In this role, you will own the product vision for how wearable devices connect, integrate, and create value within enterprise Android environments. You will transform recurring customer integration needs into scalable, repeatable solutions—turning what could become bespoke engineering projects into standardized capabilities that support deployment at scale.

This is a critical role at the intersection of product strategy, enterprise ecosystems, and commercial opportunity. You will work closely with customers, sales, solution architecture, and engineering to identify patterns, make build-versus-partner decisions, and shape how the organization positions itself within the broader enterprise mobility landscape.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve product strategy and priorities for enterprise Android integration and ecosystem capabilities aligned with customer needs and business goals
• Work directly with customers and internal teams to distinguish individual requests from broader market needs and translate opportunities into scalable solutions
• Shape repeatable product capabilities including APIs, SDKs, integration patterns, device provisioning, fleet management, and deployment tools
• Make strategic decisions about where to build, enable, or partner—balancing customer value, technical complexity, speed, and long-term scalability
• Identify key platforms, applications, standards, and ecosystem players that matter to enterprise customers and shape relevant integrations and partnerships
• Explore commercial and recurring-revenue opportunities through integration capabilities, software, and ecosystem propositions
• Partner with engineering and other product managers to align on customer problems, priorities, trade-offs, and outcomes
• Enable customer-facing teams to clearly communicate Android capabilities, supported integrations, and common deployment patterns
• Maintain forward-looking view of enterprise Android, AOSP, enterprise mobility, and adjacent technologies, translating developments into strategic options

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Strong product management experience in B2B or enterprise technology with proven ability to define strategy, discover customer problems, and deliver scalable solutions
• Commercial mindset that connects product decisions to customer value, differentiation, and business impact
• Experience with enterprise software, platforms, connected devices, integrations, or technology ecosystems
• Technical depth to understand architecture, interfaces, and trade-offs, and contribute credibly to platform discussions
• Systems thinking: ability to look beyond immediate requests to understand patterns and design repeatable solutions
• End-to-end ownership and ability to drive topics forward in ambiguous or undefined product spaces
• Strong collaboration skills across product, engineering, sales, solution architecture, customers, and external partners
• Clear, transparent communication with ability to make complex technical and commercial topics understandable to diverse audiences
• Curiosity about customers, business, and emerging technologies with habit of testing assumptions
• Pragmatic judgment to balance speed, simplicity, quality, and long-term value
• Fluent English and comfort working in an international environment

Valuable but not required:

• Enterprise Android, AOSP, or adjacent Android ecosystems experience
• Enterprise mobility management, MDM/EMM, device provisioning, or fleet management background
• Rugged or industrial devices, IoT, edge devices, or B2B hardware ecosystems
• APIs, SDKs, developer experiences, and enterprise integrations
• Platform or ecosystem strategy, technology partnerships, or certification programs
• Experience with enterprise customers deploying technology at scale
