As their infrastructure and deployment demands expand, they need a Senior IT & Operations Specialist to drive technical excellence and operational reliability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and advance IT and operations infrastructure to ensure secure, scalable production environments
• Manage and optimize IT infrastructure including cloud platforms, networking, and server environments
• Work hands-on with automation and DevOps initiatives to improve deployment efficiency
• Coordinate the provisioning, integration, and operational support of solutions for client installations
• Take technical leadership responsibility within the team and foster effective cross-functional collaboration
• Partner closely with development, sales, product management, and quality assurance teams

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree in a natural science, technical, or business discipline, or comparable qualification
• Strong expertise in Linux administration, networking, virtualization, and automation technologies
• Readiness to assume technical team leadership with some prior leadership experience
• Service-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills and a hands-on approach
• Structured, solution-focused working style with the ability to work independently
• Fluent German and English language skills
