About This Role

We are representing a well-established automotive dealership in Leer seeking a Service & Sales Assistant (m/w/d) who thrives at the intersection of customer service, workshop coordination, and sales support. This is a hands-on role for someone who doesn't just fill a position—they shape it.

Our client is a family-run operation where sales, service, and workshop teams collaborate closely. You'll be the organizational backbone that keeps everything running smoothly, from customer inquiries to vehicle deliveries.

Responsibilities

Customer Contact & Organization

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in-person
• Coordinate customer requests and ensure they reach the right department
• Manage appointments, follow-ups, and open processes independently
• Maintain oversight even when multiple tasks are happening simultaneously

Service & Commercial Processing

• Support preparation, processing, and follow-up of workshop orders
• Handle billing, payment transactions, cash management, and outstanding items
• Prepare recurring commercial processes such as month-end closing
• Assist with customer campaigns, service mailings, tire storage processes, and master data maintenance

Sales Support

• Coordinate new and used vehicles organizationally from intake to delivery
• Schedule workshop appointments, manage registration, accessories, and vehicle documentation
• Prepare vehicle invoices and ensure everything is ready for handover
• Handle manufacturer and incentive reporting while tracking deadlines

Proactive Problem-Solving

• Identify gaps or issues before they become problems
• Maintain organization, materials, workflows, and customer areas
• Take ownership without waiting to be asked
