Werkstudent Projektmanagement & Operations (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential PropTech organization seeking a working student to support project management and operations activities. In this role, you will:

• Support ongoing internal and client-facing projects from initiation through completion
• Prepare materials for, attend, and follow up on meetings and workshops
• Create presentations, analyses, and project documentation
• Draft meeting minutes for internal and external sessions
• Track action items and ensure follow-through on open tasks
• Maintain and update project documentation repositories
• Input, verify, and adjust data within the client's proprietary system
• Support data quality assurance and data cleansing initiatives
• Assist with preparing reports and analytical outputs
• Provide general administrative support to the team
• Conduct research on selected topics as needed
• Contribute to the optimization of internal processes and tools

What We're Looking For

Our client is seeking a currently enrolled student (Bachelor or Master level) ideally studying business administration, business informatics, real estate management, or a comparable field. The ideal candidate will have:

• Practical experience through internships or previous working student positions (advantageous but not required)
• Confident, routine use of common AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude to support research, text work, and data preparation in daily tasks
• Strong proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Structured and careful approach to work, especially with administrative and data-intensive tasks
• Prior experience with project management tools or software systems is a plus
• Reliable, independent, and precise working style
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
• Good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
• Willingness to learn and genuine interest in PropTech and the real estate industry
