Werkstudent – B2B Sales (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential construction services organization in Berlin that needs a working student to support their B2B sales development. In this role, you will:

• Research and identify new potential clients including general contractors, property developers, and project developers through tender platforms, industry portals, and independent research
• Conduct outreach via email to introduce our client's services to prospective partners
• Make outbound calls to decision-makers with the goal of securing invitations to participate in upcoming tenders and procurement processes
• Qualify leads by assessing which contacts and projects are most relevant, maintaining structured records in the sales pipeline
• Support the sales process from initial contact through proposal submission by maintaining relationships, following up, coordinating document exchanges, and assisting the team
• Contribute ideas for improving outreach strategies, research methods, and follow-up processes

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled university student in a business, communications, technical, or related program (specific field is less important than your attitude and communication skills)
• Enjoyment of communication: you are comfortable making phone calls, writing clearly, and presenting yourself in a friendly and professional manner
• Structured, independent working style with reliability in managing contacts and follow-up activities
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
• Previous experience in sales, customer contact, or research is a plus but not required—full training will be provided
• Interest in the construction industry and technical services is welcome, though prior knowledge is not necessary
