About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential software organization based in Berlin that is expanding their development team. Our talent team is seeking a Java Developer to join an agile development environment working on enterprise project management solutions. This position is available in part-time or full-time capacity.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate within a Scrum team to develop and enhance web-based project management software
- Design implementation concepts for new features and system modifications
- Implement developed concepts into the production system
- Participate in bug resolution and error prevention through comprehensive test coverage
- Support second-level technical support with customer-specific requirements
- Assist with system configuration and external system integrations
What We're Looking For
- Successfully completed degree in Computer Science or equivalent STEM field
- Excellent programming skills in Java and/or TypeScript
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in at least two of the following areas:
- Database applications
- Automated testing
- Web Services (REST preferred)
- Web technologies (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript)
- Build tools such as Jenkins or Gradle
- Domain Driven Design
- Strong German language skills (C1 level or higher)
