Senior Affiliate Manager (Full Remote – Spain)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-scaling technology company in the AI space, seeking a Senior Affiliate Manager to join their fully remote team. This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the Head of Partnerships, where you'll drive growth through strategic affiliate relationships and performance optimization.

Our client operates a major consumer AI platform with tens of millions of active users globally. They are a remote-first organization with ambitious growth targets and a proven executive team.

Location: Spain (Full Remote)
Employment Type: Full-time, preferably B2B contract with flexibility

Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture relationships with existing affiliates, ensuring continuous support and engagement
• Lead onboarding for new affiliate partners, ensuring seamless integration into the program
• Monitor and report on affiliate performance metrics including traffic, conversions, and ROI
• Analyze campaign data to identify optimization opportunities and scaling potential
• Recruit and onboard new affiliates and business partners to expand network reach
• Troubleshoot technical and operational affiliate issues with timely resolution
• Collaborate cross-functionally to design tailored affiliate funnels that maximize conversion
• Continuously improve processes for affiliate communication and program management

What We're Looking For

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in affiliate marketing and management
• Proficiency with affiliate marketing platforms and networks
• Strong analytical capabilities with data-driven decision-making skills
• Advanced knowledge of digital marketing across SEO, media buying, and paid social channels
• Experience with tools such as Everflow, Looker Studio, SEMrush, and reporting systems
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for performance analysis
• Proven ability to optimize campaigns for ROI and efficiency
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Goal-oriented with strong ownership mentality and commitment to results
• Execution-focused mindset with ability to balance planning and fast-paced delivery
• Adaptable to rapidly changing priorities and market conditions
• Comfort working with uncensored content and adult-adjacent products

Bonus Qualifications:

• Experience with complex tracking systems including S2S postback setup and ad servers
• Track record managing affiliate disputes, fraud prevention, and tracking challenges
• Experience scaling affiliate programs to enterprise level
• Knowledge of funnel optimization and A/B testing methodologies
• Experience with subscription-based business models
