Professional Photoshop Artists

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential research client who is building an open dataset of professional creative workflows. This is an urgent, short-term engagement requiring experienced Photoshop artists to complete production-quality tasks while contributing to AI evaluation research.

Our talent team is recruiting across six specializations for immediate placement. You'll work from creative briefs, completing 1–3 hour sessions that capture your actual production process—layer decisions, masking approaches, and iterative refinement. Your work will be published under CC-BY-4.0 for research use.

Responsibilities

• Complete Photoshop tasks from client-provided creative briefs at professional production standards
• Run provided session recording software for the full duration of each task
• Deliver layered, production-quality PSD files along with final output
• Work independently at your own pace within each brief's scope
• Contribute work to an open research dataset with proper attribution

What We're Looking For

Primary specialization in one of these six areas:

• Matte painting / digital environments
• Key visual / campaign compositing
• Game & UI assets
• Print & packaging pre-press
• Portrait / beauty retouching
• E-commerce / product retouching

Critical technical requirements:

• Apple Silicon Mac (M1 or later) with licensed copy of Photoshop—Intel Macs and Windows cannot be accommodated
• Photoshop-only workflows; no Illustrator, Nuke, Blender, Procreate, or iPad tools in captured sessions
• No generative AI of any kind—no Generative Fill, Firefly, or third-party generative plugins; all work must be manually executed
• Individual contributor working directly; no teams, studios, or subcontractors
• Comfortable with open publication under CC-BY-4.0 license
• Demonstrable professional portfolio in at least one specialization listed above
