Senior Executive, Strategy

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential media and marketing organization in their search for a Senior Executive, Strategy based in London. This role sits within a specialized influencer and creator-led content division that delivers social media campaigns across global markets.

As a strategic professional, you'll work at the intersection of data, insights, and creative development—analyzing briefs, developing proposals, and ensuring campaign messaging aligns with client objectives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of strategic experience who wants to grow within a fast-paced, digitally focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client briefs to identify strategic needs for proposals and RFPs
• Support development of strategic proposals with timely delivery
• Develop understanding of client business context and competitive landscape
• Contribute to integrated strategies, including culturally relevant and reactive concepts
• Ensure clarity and consistency in campaign messaging and strategic direction
• Conduct research using insights tools and distill findings into actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with campaign teams to maintain creative strategy alignment throughout delivery
• Review client-facing materials for accuracy in grammar, style, and content
• Lead brainstorming sessions, using data and insights to inform creative ideas

What We're Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in a strategic role within marketing, media, or advertising
• Strong written communication and note-taking skills
• Tech-savvy with experience working remotely (Mac OS experience preferred)
• Proficient across social media platforms with strong understanding of their unique features and audiences
• Knowledge of paid media (advantageous)
• Eye for design or prior design experience (a plus)
• Client-facing and presenting experience (advantageous)
• Proficiency in PowerPoint or Google Slides (essential)
• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop (preferred) and Excel or Google Sheets (beneficial)
• Right to work in the UK required
