Delivery Solutions Architect

About This Opportunity

We are representing a leading data and AI platform provider in their search for a Delivery Solutions Architect to join their London team. This is a unique hybrid role that combines technical leadership with strategic account management, focusing on accelerating customer adoption and ensuring successful implementation of complex data platform workloads.

In this position, you will serve as the post-sale technical lead for strategic accounts, orchestrating cross-functional teams and driving workloads from technical win through to production deployment. You'll build executive relationships, create execution strategies, and ensure customers maximize their platform investment and return on value.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-technical win account strategy and execution plans for multiple use cases within strategic enterprise accounts
• Serve as the primary technical contact for production readiness and go-live activities across assigned workloads
• Create and execute point-of-view strategies to accelerate use cases into production, coordinating with professional services on delivery proposals
• Develop comprehensive execution plans covering activities from technical win to production, enablement, product adoption, and optimization
• Engage with solutions architects to understand full use case demand plans for prioritized customers
• Orchestrate shared services, user education, onboarding, technical services, and support resources to address activities beyond your direct scope
• Navigate product and engineering teams for new innovations, private previews, and upgrade requirements
• Provide KPI reporting on usage status, customer health, investment status, risks, and use case progression
• Manage executive and operational governance across accounts
• Resolve complex escalations with senior customer executives

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience with accountability for technical project or program delivery within Data and AI domains
• Programming experience in Python or Spark
• Background in customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting roles
• Understanding of solution architecture for distributed data systems
• Ability to attribute business value and outcomes to specific project deliverables
• Technical program or project management experience including account, stakeholder, and resource management accountability
• Experience resolving complex escalations with senior customer executives
• Proven ability conducting open-ended discovery workshops, creating strategic roadmaps, and managing delivery of complex programmes
• Track record of overachievement against quota, goals, or objective targets
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
• Ability to travel up to 30% when needed
