Bereichsleiter TGA und Hotel-Technik (m/w/d) | 100.000 – 140.000 €

We are representing a confidential hospitality organization in their search for a strategic technical leader to oversee building systems and facility operations across a portfolio of properties throughout Germany. This permanent position offers significant autonomy, direct access to executive leadership, and the opportunity to drive digital transformation across technical operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure seamless technical operations and preventive maintenance across all locations
• Lead the technical team and provide functional direction to regional managers and site-level technical leads
• Develop investment and maintenance strategies in collaboration with individual sites
• Monitor compliance with statutory requirements, inspections, and corporate technical standards
• Oversee technical cost management, energy efficiency, and asset preservation
• Coordinate technical measures across building systems, infrastructure, and commercial property management
• Manage procurement processes, vendor relationships, and collaboration with architectural and engineering partners
• Organize training programs and coordination meetings for site technical leaders
• Develop centralized maintenance contracts and purchasing agreements
• Drive digitalization of technical processes and workflows across the organization

What We're Looking For

• Technical university degree in mechanical engineering, marine engineering, building services, facility management, or comparable field
• Minimum 10 years professional experience, including at least 5 years in hospitality technical operations
• Broad expertise in building systems, operational technology, infrastructure, and HVAC
• Proven experience leading decentralized teams and distributed operations
• Strong project and change management background
• High digital and IT affinity; experience with facility management systems preferred
• Fluent German (business-level proficiency required)
• Willingness to travel 3-4 days per week
• Valid driver's license (Class B)
