Wir vertreten einen etablierten Immobiliendienstleister im Raum München und suchen einen Buchhalter für den Bereich Mieten (m/w/d). Unser Mandant ist ein Unternehmen mit rund 40 Mitarbeitenden, das sich auf Wohnimmobilienverwaltung, Vermietung und Verkauf spezialisiert hat. Das erfahrene Führungsteam genießt einen hervorragenden Ruf, und die Arbeitsatmosphäre ist von Zusammenarbeit und gegenseitiger Förderung geprägt.
Verantwortlichkeiten
- Bearbeitung der laufenden Mietbuchhaltung
- Erstellung und Verwaltung der offenen Posten
- Verantwortung für die korrekte Durchführung des Mahnlaufs
- Abwicklung des Zahlungsverkehrs
- Erstellung der monatlichen Abrechnungen für Eigentümer (SEV)
Was wir suchen
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Finanzbuchhalter, kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Immobilienkauffmann (m/w/d)
- Kenntnisse in der Immobilienbuchhaltung oder Finanzbuchhaltung – Quereinsteiger sind willkommen
- Hohe Affinität für Zahlen und eine sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute PC-Kenntnisse mit MS Office
- Erste Kenntnisse mit Hausbanksoftware von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
