Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) Fonds-Immobiliengesellschaft

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential real estate investment organization in Munich seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage their fund and property holdings.

In this role, you will:

• Provide ongoing accounting support for multiple fund and real estate entities, primarily structured as GmbH and GmbH & Co. KG
• Handle complex multi-tier ownership structures and participation models
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with independent assessment of the entities under your care
• Create financial statements according to HGB standards; experience with KAGB regulatory reporting is particularly valued
• Ensure timely preparation of internal and external reports and analyses
• Develop earnings forecasts, projections, and comprehensive plan-versus-actual analyses
• Collaborate with auditors, business partners, and internal stakeholders on accounting and balance sheet matters
• Actively participate in resolving complex accounting issues and maintaining reliable financial data

What We're Looking For

• Completed qualification as Bilanzbuchhalter (IHK) or training as Steuerfachangestellte/r
• Several years of professional experience in financial and management accounting
• Strong command of all accounting areas including general ledger, accounts receivable/payable, and fixed assets
• Proven ability to independently prepare and manage annual financial statements under HGB
• Knowledge of KAGB or fund/capital management company accounting regulations is a plus
• Proficient with MS Office applications; SAP experience advantageous
• Conscientious, structured, and independent working style
• Team-oriented, reliable, and able to maintain overview of demanding topics
• Pragmatic and solution-focused approach to new challenges
