About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential technology organization seeking a Senior Developer Relations Manager for the DACH region. This is a strategic, highly technical role focused on engaging software companies and their developer ecosystems across emerging AI and computing domains. You'll work directly with a select portfolio of software solution providers to champion advanced platform adoption and drive meaningful product integrations.
Based in Germany, this position requires frequent travel (up to 60%) and offers the opportunity to serve as a trusted technical advisor to some of the region's most important software companies.
Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture technical and business relationships at all levels within strategic software companies, developing integration strategies for advanced AI and computing platforms
- Serve as the primary technical advisor and problem solver for developers within partner organizations, maintaining deep expertise in agentic AI systems, open models, data science applications, and GPU-accelerated computing
- Accelerate critical workloads by demonstrating and integrating software stacks—including tools, libraries, SDKs, and deployment frameworks—into partner products and pipelines
- Provide comprehensive technical onboarding resources such as sample code, guides, and demo pipelines to accelerate adoption and co-innovation
- Map the developer ecosystem to identify growth opportunities, collaborating with engineering, product management, and marketing teams to inform roadmaps
- Engage partner technical leaders through regular syncs to monitor adoption, surface new workflows, and channel field insights back to internal product teams
- Communicate the business and commercial value propositions of platform integrations to diverse stakeholder audiences
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years of professional experience in the technology industry spanning software engineering, developer relations, technical partnerships, solutions architecture, or product management
- 5+ years of direct experience engaging with Product and Engineering organizations at enterprise-scale software companies on strategic product integrations
- Proven track record leading or scaling developer programs at major technology companies and executing product integrations with vertical-specific platforms or horizontal business applications
- Significant technical depth in AI/ML, open model customization, or agentic system creation, with contributions to product integrations and software libraries
- Experience leading technical collaborations including architectural design, code reviews, technical mentorship, and delivery of workshops or technical presentations
- Demonstrated ability to structure complex technical engagements, negotiate requirements, prioritize effectively, and collaborate across cross-functional teams (sales, legal, product, marketing)
- Exceptional communication skills—able to distill complex technical concepts for audiences ranging from engineers to C-suite executives
- End-to-end experience defining, integrating, building, and jointly marketing solutions with strategic ISV partners
- Ability to articulate commercial impact and business value of platform integrations
- Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience building or optimizing AI solutions with software companies developing industry-specific systems or broad business applications
- Familiarity with advanced computing, AI, and GPU acceleration platforms, particularly agentic systems incorporating domain-adapted models
- Successful history building and scaling developer communities and delivering impactful technical enablement programs
- Expertise developing frameworks to capture developer sentiment and market shifts, translating ecosystem dynamics into actionable strategic intelligence
