About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential telecommunications client seeking a Senior Lead Communications Manager to join their team remotely anywhere in the United States. This is a strategic internal communications role supporting senior leadership and their teams with executive-level messaging, employee engagement initiatives, and large-scale organizational events.
Our client operates critical network infrastructure serving enterprises and government organizations. In this role, you'll shape how leadership connects with thousands of employees across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Provide executive-level communications counsel and content creation for senior leaders and their leadership teams
- Develop monthly executive updates to employees and support quarterly employee town hall meetings
- Lead content strategy and messaging for large-scale internal conferences and organizational meetings
- Serve as communications lead for at least one major corporate initiative (integration projects, strategic planning, organizational transformation)
- Coordinate executive roundtables and employee engagement events
- Ensure messaging is engaging, well-socialized, and reaches the right audiences across the organization
- Drive improvements to internal communications channels and employee experience initiatives
- Partner with public relations and social media teams to maximize executive visibility and employee engagement
- Lead a small team of communications professionals
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree required
- 8+ years of corporate communications experience (6+ years with Master's degree)
- Proven experience in executive communications and leadership messaging
- Track record managing large-scale internal events and employee communications programs
- Strong content creation and storytelling abilities
- Experience leading cross-functional communications initiatives
- Team leadership experience
- Ability to work remotely and collaborate effectively across a distributed organization
