About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential product design consultancy seeking a Senior Designer to join their fully remote team. Our client works with organizations to design and build meaningful product experiences while building internal design capabilities. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned UX professional who thrives in client-facing work and wants to contribute to high-impact projects.
Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality design deliverables and mentor junior designers through project completion
- Identify and analyze complex design problems, proposing solutions with minimal oversight
- Conduct design research and transform insights into actionable design opportunities
- Create interactive prototypes to test concepts and gather user feedback
- Develop rapid iterations to accelerate decision-making processes
- Facilitate client workshop activities to gain insights from key stakeholders
- Communicate design value effectively to clients, building trust and influencing outcomes
- Support creation of compelling presentations with strong storytelling
- Maintain regular client communication to manage expectations and project alignment
- Contribute to new business pitch materials and proposals
- Adapt to evolving project scope and team dynamics with flexibility
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 4 years of full-time industry experience as a UX designer
- Portfolio demonstrating strong UX and visual design capabilities (must be accessible for review)
- Proven ability to lead design research and translate findings into design solutions
- Strong conceptual thinking and ability to respond effectively to design briefs
- Excellent client communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience facilitating workshops and articulating design decisions to stakeholders
- Proficiency in creating interactive prototypes and design iterations
- Must have minimum 3-hour overlap with Toronto EDT timezone
- Based in the United States
