Ascendstaffing is hiring an On-Site Manager to oversee our Lebanon, TN operations. In this full-time role, you'll be the point person for staffing coordination, client relations, and team leadership. You'll ensure that every placement meets our clients' needs while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and compliance. Core Duties

• Manage day-to-day on-site staffing operations and worker assignments
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
• Create and maintain accurate scheduling for all placements and contractors
• Conduct onboarding and orientation for temporary workers and staff
• Monitor placement quality, performance, and client satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with employment regulations and safety protocols
• Prepare reports and analytics on operational metrics for leadership
• Address client concerns and resolve any issues promptly
• Support recruitment efforts to fill open assignments and expand client base
