Grounds Crew

Whsi is seeking a full-time Grounds Crew member to maintain and enhance the landscaping and outdoor facilities at our Corporate HQ location. If you take pride in maintaining attractive, well-kept outdoor spaces and have the skills to operate landscaping equipment and manage seasonal grounds maintenance, we'd like to hear from you.

About This Position

This full-time Grounds Crew position is based at our Corporate HQ and offers the opportunity to play a hands-on, visible role in maintaining the aesthetic and functional quality of our outdoor environment. You'll work with a dedicated team to ensure our grounds reflect the professionalism and care that defines Whsi.

Core Duties

• Mow, trim, and maintain landscaped areas, lawns, and garden beds throughout the property
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools in accordance with safety standards
• Remove debris, leaves, and seasonal waste from outdoor areas and common spaces
• Perform routine pruning, weeding, and plant care under direction
• Prepare grounds for seasonal changes and special events
• Support landscape maintenance projects and outdoor facility upkeep
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of grounds equipment and storage areas

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with landscaping equipment, lawn mowers, and hand tools
• Physical ability to perform outdoor work in varying weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to follow safety protocols and work independently or as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Valid driver's license preferred
