Bilingual Inside Sales Associate – Remote (Start Date: 9/28/26) (Spanish/English)

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential organization in the substance monitoring industry. They are seeking a Bilingual Inside Sales Associate (Spanish/English) to join their remote team with a start date of September 28, 2026.

This is a fully remote position serving customers across the USA. The role focuses on warm inbound lead conversion—no cold calling required. You'll work with both English and Spanish-speaking prospects to help them schedule services while earning uncapped commission on top of your base pay.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1:00 PM–9:30 PM Central Time (11:00 AM–7:30 PM PST, 12:00 PM–8:30 PM MST, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM EST), plus one Saturday or Sunday every fourth week.

Responsibilities

• Handle warm inbound leads and communicate with prospects in both English and Spanish, primarily via phone
• Close sales and schedule installations by building value and uncovering customer needs
• Overcome objections professionally while maintaining quality standards
• Follow up promptly with active prospects in your pipeline
• Collaborate with sales management to continuously improve performance
• Understand the full sales cycle from initial lead to closed deal

What We're Looking For

• Required: High school diploma or equivalent
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree
• 0–3 years of sales experience
• Typing speed of 30+ words per minute
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Self-motivated with a desire to control your own income through commission-driven performance

Pay

This position offers an hourly rate of $30–$60 per hour, composed of base salary plus uncapped commission. Our client reports that average annual earnings for this role range from $75,000–$85,000, with top performers exceeding $100,000 annually. The role includes guaranteed commissions during the first 90 days of employment.
