AI Native – Project Delivery Lead

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential technology consultancy client seeking an exceptional AI Native Project Delivery Lead to join their Paris team. This is a rare opportunity to drive end-to-end delivery of AI-augmented solutions while working with enterprise clients on transformative digital initiatives.

Our client is pioneering AI-first methodologies in software delivery, and you'll be at the forefront of this evolution, leading complex projects from pre-sales through final handover.

Responsibilities

• Own complete project lifecycle delivery, ensuring transparency through clear KPIs shared with teams and clients to track progress and anticipate risks
• Lead project advancement by maintaining clarity on requirements and milestones while proactively unblocking teams
• Guarantee service quality by supporting delivery teams, relaying client feedback, and facilitating swift resolution of blockers
• Serve as trusted advisor to clients, building strong strategic partnerships aligned with their business objectives
• Oversee project financial performance and P&L to ensure sustainable success
• Act as central contact point for senior client stakeholders, internal teams, and commercial leadership
• Drive governance through effective documentation and communication of progress, risks, and decisions
• Facilitate collaborative workshops to create alignment on objectives and working methods
• Coach and develop delivery teams, promoting continuous improvement and leading agile ceremonies including plannings, reviews, and retrospectives
• Advise clients on product management, helping define vision, optimize backlogs, and maximize delivered value

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of experience driving software delivery in agile and iterative environments, from discovery through maintenance
• Proven excellence in setting direction, communicating with impact, organizing teams, and aligning objectives to boost efficiency
• Deep understanding of clients' strategic and business contexts, with ability to anticipate needs and adopt their perspective
• Mastery of facilitation and dialogue, with confidence engaging senior decision-makers across all stakeholder levels
• Strong servant leadership skills including situational awareness, conflict resolution, empowerment, and transparency
• Comfortable stepping into Scrum Master and/or Product Owner roles when needed
• Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous
• Passion for Tech for Good values including accessibility, sustainability, and ethical AI is highly valued

Particularly compelling candidates may also have:

• Engagement in associations or meetups focused on social impact and sustainability
