(Senior) Business Development Manager DACH (m/f/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential manufacturing client in Berlin who is seeking a (Senior) Business Development Manager for the DACH region. Our client is a profitable, sustainable organization that designs and produces premium acoustic solutions for modern workspaces. This is a full-cycle sales role where you'll own the entire process from initial contact through to close.

This is an office-first position based in Berlin-Mitte, offering the chance to work with high-quality inbound leads across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for qualified inbound leads from companies interested in workplace acoustic solutions
• Build and manage a quality-focused pipeline by identifying key decision-makers including facility managers, HR leads, and founders
• Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations to understand client pain points and workspace challenges
• Own the full sales cycle from initial qualification through to deal closure
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates
• Collaborate with country and sales leadership on market trends and deal strategy
• Participate in team huddles, company updates, and cross-functional collaboration

What We're Looking For

• Native or fluent German language skills with strong communication abilities across the DACH market
• Full-cycle sales experience with the ability to manage prospects from discovery through close
• Self-motivated professional who thrives without commission-based compensation structures
• Consultative selling approach focused on understanding client needs rather than scripted pitches
• Team-oriented mindset with willingness to share knowledge and support colleagues
• Comfort with office-based work culture and in-person collaboration
• Experience in B2B sales, ideally within workplace solutions, facilities, or related sectors
