About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential digital marketing agency in Berlin that specializes in performance marketing and growth strategies for diverse clients. Our talent team is seeking a working student (10-20 hours per week) who wants hands-on responsibility in Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, content creation, and growth marketing.
This is a practical role where you'll work on real campaigns with measurable results, not just administrative tasks. You'll gain experience across multiple client accounts and industries while developing expertise in paid advertising and modern marketing workflows.
Responsibilities
- Support planning, creation, and optimization of Meta and TikTok advertising campaigns
- Develop ad creatives, hooks, and campaign structures
- Analyze campaign data and derive optimization measures
- Research trends, target audiences, and competitive landscape
- Contribute to social media content concepts
- Assist with video and content projects
- Generate new ideas for creatives and ad formats
- Support client projects in performance marketing, social media, and growth marketing
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled student in Marketing, Communications, Business, or comparable field
- Some practical experience in online marketing, social media, or performance marketing
- Experience with video or content creation is advantageous
- Confident use of social media platforms
- Understanding of strong content and digital trends
- Independent, structured work style with creative thinking
- Interest in AI tools and modern marketing workflows
- Strong German and English language skills
