Expansion manager France / Développeur.se Immobilier – Sud-Est

About This Role

We are representing a confidential clean-energy infrastructure client expanding their network across southern France. As an Expansion Manager, you will play a key role in securing strategic locations and driving territorial growth in the Provence-Alpes-Côte-d'Azur region.

This position offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact on sustainable infrastructure while working with a diverse, international team committed to the energy transition.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new sites for rapid charging station installations across southeastern France
• Conduct comprehensive site analysis from economic and legal perspectives, preparing complete project dossiers
• Establish and maintain commercial relationships with various types of landowners, developers, and property stakeholders
• Negotiate and finalize lease agreements for strategic locations
• Coordinate project development from contract signature through station opening, ensuring smooth execution
• Collaborate with internal teams including architecture, construction, branding, and data analytics
• Represent our client at industry events and actively develop your professional network in the region
• Mentor team members and share best practices to strengthen overall team performance
• Travel regularly between sites in the south and the Paris office for coordination meetings

What We're Looking For

• Based in southern France (Montpellier, Marseille, Toulon, or Nice area)
• 3+ years of experience in real estate development or commercial site expansion
• Genuine interest in and commitment to the energy transition
• Strong networking abilities with proven capacity to build lasting business relationships
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, comfortable managing complex deals
• Professional proficiency in both French and English
• Experience mentoring junior colleagues and developing team autonomy
• Comfortable with regular travel by car (to rural/suburban sites) and train (to Paris office)
• Valid driver's license required
• Initiative-driven mindset with willingness to learn from mistakes and continuously improve
