About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential technology organization expanding its internal operations across cloud computing, blockchain, and artificial intelligence domains. Our client seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead technical recruitment efforts for a fully remote team operating in EU timezones (CET +/- 2 hours).
This role is based in Peru and requires English fluency; French language skills are considered a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical positions including engineering, data, product, and infrastructure roles
- Partner directly with hiring managers to develop deep understanding of position requirements and team dynamics
- Source qualified candidates through diverse channels and recruitment platforms
- Conduct comprehensive interviews assessing both technical capabilities and organizational fit
- Enhance recruitment processes by implementing improved tools, workflows, and performance metrics
- Shape overall talent acquisition strategy at the organizational level
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 7 years of recruitment experience with strong emphasis on technical roles
- Solid understanding of technical environments: backend, frontend, cloud infrastructure, data systems, DevOps
- Proven experience recruiting in international and cross-border contexts
- Proficiency with modern recruitment tools including applicant tracking systems, sourcing platforms, and analytics tools
- Fluency in English for professional business communication
- Strong analytical skills with autonomous, confidential, and results-driven work style
