This is a full-time remote position based in the United States with a Monday through Friday schedule—no weekends required.

Responsibilities

• Manage ongoing client relationships through regular communication and personalized service delivery
• Understand client preferences and expectations to provide tailored service experiences
• Present quality options that align with individual client needs
• Coordinate scheduling and maintain consistent client engagement throughout their service journey
• Balance high volumes of daily calls and emails while delivering superior support
• Provide coaching and guidance to clients as they navigate the service process
• Handle emotionally sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of customer service experience
• 2+ years of remote work experience
• Proven track record managing high call volume and high client/account volume
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, particularly over the phone
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a results-driven approach
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
• High-energy, self-motivated professional passionate about customer success
• Ability to work with high-end clientele and make a meaningful impact
