Founder’s Office Lead

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential fintech organization expanding across Asia. Our client is building next-generation financial technology products and needs a strategic operator to work directly with leadership on the company's highest-impact initiatives.

This is a hybrid role based in Taiwan, requiring office presence at least 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-priority initiatives across engineering, product, operations, and business development
• Partner with leadership to solve complex business and product challenges
• Build new teams, processes, and operational capabilities as the organization scales
• Lead cross-functional projects from planning through successful execution
• Research new markets, products, and business opportunities in the fintech space
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement practical solutions
• Take full ownership of strategic projects and deliver measurable business outcomes
