Product Manager – Services

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential technology solutions organization in their search for a Product Manager focused on Services. This role sits within a Business Transformation group that drives process, policy, and technology evolution across the enterprise. You'll define long-term product strategy for digital seller platforms, working cross-functionally from conception through execution to deliver innovative solutions aligned with business goals and customer needs.

We're seeking a strategic thinker who can synthesize clear, data-driven narratives from ambiguous information and communicate effectively at all organizational levels, including executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships across technical and non-technical teams including Sales, Operations, and Finance to align objectives and deliver high-quality products
• Present and demo capabilities to stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives
• Define and track KPIs to measure product initiative success against business objectives
• Develop and articulate product roadmaps that align with company objectives and market trends, translating them into actionable strategies
• Define and maintain journey maps to understand user experiences by persona
• Own and prioritize product backlog, ensuring alignment between stakeholders and technology teams
• Conduct market research and user interviews to identify requirements and validate product hypotheses
• Lead strategic vision for Professional Services domain including release planning, feature prioritization, and coordination with agile teams for Program Increments
• Create and maintain PI artifacts including feature backlogs, WSJF prioritization, Sprint Plans, and Release Notes
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and product owners to develop scalable solutions meeting customer needs and technical requirements

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of Product Management, Professional Services, or Technology experience
• Proven track record managing products from concept to launch in fast-paced environments
• Experience with professional or managed services
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with effective prioritization and execution abilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
• Experience with Agile methodologies including SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban
• Strong hypothesis-driven feature development experience
• Ability to communicate granular details at high levels to diverse audiences
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with strong PowerPoint skills
• Demonstrated ability to present data effectively for stakeholder understanding
• Track record of identifying process improvements and making recommendations
• Strong negotiation skills with ability to influence stakeholders
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines with adaptability

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Product Management, Professional Services, or Technology experience
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, Salesforce CPQ, Certinia PSA, or Lucidchart
• AI-fluent mindset with curiosity and willingness to engage with evolving technology
